This week it has been announced that AI is literally taking over the world of music production. Udio has announced it spits out over 10 songs a second (30 second songs that is) and other platforms are saying similar amounts. That is well over 14,000 songs a day. Throw in the other platforms and it is reckoned to be over 800,000 songs a day are cooked up in the AI oven… as I have said before if this rate continues then music making will be all AI in a couple of years and the industry will be in tatters!
