I have thought NI have had a fair few bad reviews and choices recently and today it has been announced they are entering insolvency. I used to like their products but recently they have been really lost and wayward with their choices and, well, this is the result. The march of AI has surely not helped them either, but as they own Izotope and plugin alliance amongst others, a lot of products are at risk now. Hard times for the music industry as a whole as it seems to be one of the most affected by AI being pushed on everyone…
Seems they have large debts, so perhaps a fire sale of products in on. I would say that izotope would be picked up cheap though!
